La vendemmia per il Marsala Vergine Soleras avviene verso la fine di Settembre nelle vigne della provincia di Trapani, in particolare tra Marsala e Mazara del Vallo e Salemi. Le uve Grillo, coltivate in un clima caldo e ventilato, raggiungono la maturazione ideale con un perfetto equilibrio tra zuccheri e acidità.
La raccolta viene effettuata con metodo tradizionale e manuale, selezionando attentamente i grappoli migliori per preservarne la qualità.
Le uve vengono poi trasportate in cantina per essere vinificate.
Questo processo meticoloso segna l’inizio della trasformazione dell’uva in mosto per poi diventare un vino di grande eleganza e complessità.
